How your information is used.

What is collected

Newsletter subscriptions collect your name, email address and any optional details you choose to share (organization, role, areas of interest). Contact inquiries collect your name, organization, email, reason for contact and the message you send. Private-offering requests collect your name, optional company, country, email, optional phone number, whether you act as buyer or representative, the pieces you are asking about and any message you write.

How it is used

Newsletter details are used solely to send occasional professional updates ("Field Notes"). Contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Private-offering details are used solely to review and answer that request; they are never added to any mailing list. No information from this site is sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Private offerings

Each private-offering request is stored with what you send (name, optional company, country, email, optional phone, buyer/representative, the pieces requested and your message), the request type you chose (documentation or viewing), the page the request came from, an internal reference number and an internal review status, so it can be tracked and answered. A shortlist of pieces is held only in your own browser tab for the length of your visit: it records references to pieces and nothing else — no name, email or message — and is cleared when the tab is closed. Nothing from the shortlist is transmitted until you submit the request form. To limit automated abuse, each request updates a counter. The counter is keyed by a one-way (hashed) form of your submitted email address, and — where the hosting platform provides one — a one-way form of the network address the request came from. Hashing reduces exposure but is not full anonymisation: values derived from your email or network address can in principle be re-derived, so this is anti-abuse processing rather than anonymous data. Counters are used only for throttling, never for tracking, profiling or analytics, and are removed once they have been idle for 24 hours.

Please do not submit confidential ownership records, financial documents, identity documents or physical-location details through any form on this site.

Storage & retention

Records are stored in a managed Postgres database operated by Supabase, and the site itself is served through Lovable's hosting on Cloudflare's network. Access to submitted records is restricted to the site owner. A fixed retention period is not yet published; records are kept while they remain relevant to answering your request. You may ask for access, correction or deletion at any time using the contact form.

Unsubscribing

No Field Notes emails are being sent yet. When they begin, every message will include an unsubscribe link. You may also write to us at any time to be removed from the list. Private-offering requests never generate marketing email.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies and does not run advertising or behavioural tracking. Website measurement is optional and happens only after you choose “Allow measurement.” If you decline or make no choice, nothing is measured.

When allowed, our own measurement records: a random session code kept only in this browser tab (it is replaced after 30 minutes of inactivity and is never linked to you across visits), the public page address without any query string, the page title, a broad device group (desktop, mobile or tablet), the name of the referring website only (not the full link), campaign tags in the link if present, and the two-letter country code supplied by our hosting provider when available. It also records four broad actions: page views, choosing a private-offering request type, updating the shortlist, and completing a request. We never record IP addresses, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or any form contents, report or certificate numbers, dossier links, exact location or your full browser details, and private-office, sign-in and dossier pages are never measured. Raw measurement records are deleted by a daily clean-up once they are older than 90 days.

You may change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices.”

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you have submitted. Requests are honoured promptly.
