01 · Rough
Project summary.
Nuit D'Or was developed as a direct-to-consumer luxury jewelry initiative under Subh Gems Inc. The objective was to translate diamond and jewelry knowledge into a more complete digital customer experience—one capable of presenting products accurately, building trust, supporting online discovery and creating measurable commercial pathways.
My contribution connected multiple workstreams that are often handled separately: brand positioning, Shopify architecture, product information, photography standards, search and advertising, conversion measurement, omnichannel business presence, wholesale infrastructure and operating-system planning.
02 · Planning
The challenge.
The central challenge was not simply placing jewelry online. A high-consideration customer needed to understand the product, trust the business, evaluate scale and specifications, compare value, ask questions and complete a purchase without the reassurance of a traditional in-store interaction.
At the same time, the business needed clearer separation between retail, wholesale and private opportunities, along with more dependable product data and measurement.
03 · Analytics
What the work demonstrated.
The project demonstrated that digital growth in jewelry is not created by advertising alone. Product data affects search and Merchant Center. Photography affects trust. Cost and inventory affect campaign decisions. Tracking affects budget decisions. Follow-up and retention determine whether customer acquisition creates long-term value.
04 · Experience
What remains in development.
The next stage includes stronger purchase-value tracking, more mature lifecycle email, centralized CRM, improved retention, unified product-cost and inventory data, advanced reporting and more structured private-client infrastructure.
